Antique-mania!

I'm in the mall--antique mall that is!!  My friend Judy and I are partners in a shop in one of our local antique malls.  It took us 3-days to set up but we did it!  All we need now are sales, lots and lots of sales!!  If you're ever in the Spring, TX area, let me know and I'll give you directions to the Antique Gallery.  It's really cool and has been in busy for 25 yrs.  They have lots of vendors that have been there for 10yrs and more--hopefully that's a good sign.  Check out the pictures and let me know what you think!!  God Bless all and any who read this,  Pat   A Remade Life

You know, it is sooooo much fun looking at all your blogs but one of the best things I get is ideas to improve my own blog. Because of you, I've found lots of great backgrounds, buttons, links ,etc. And I'm learning so much technology and all that computer stuff! Thanks to Kecia over at Lemoncholy's Studio--www.lemoncholys.blogspot.com---I discovered how to make a video of my stuff!! She has a video on her blog made at www.animoto.com. Check her out. To make a short 30-second video is free and it's only $30 for 1yr for longer ones. I played with it a little and here is my 30-sec. video. It is so cool so I plan on investing in the 1 yr program and will probably become famous for my videos! Ok, so maybe not, but it sure is fun! Wonderful Vintage Dress

I found this wonderful vintage dress at a garage sale a few months back and really didn't think much of it at that time.  I hung it up in the share room walk-in closet and promptly forgot about it!  Well, my daughter moved back in recently and took the share room so I had to clean out the closet.  And guess what I found?!  The vintage dress!!  I really looked at it for the first time and found it is a Bonnie Strauss dress and is in excellent condition.  It is a beautiful soft creme color and very, very soft, flowing fabric! Look at the detail on the collar.  Why wear something new when you can look elegant in a lovely vintage outfit!?  Wish it was my size but I'll be posting it soon on my etsy shop.  Be sure to look for it--God Bless all and any who read this!  Pat,   A Remade Life
